Dr. Naadhirah Adams
Dr. Naadhirah Adams is a General Practitioner at Ratchwood Family Practice. She graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2016 and began her career in the South African Military Health Service, where she completed a two-year internship at military hospitals. She went on to serve in the public sector, completing her community service at Eersteriver Hospital in the internal medicine and emergency/trauma units. Dr. Adams played a vital role on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic, working across emergency units of several private hospitals in Cape Town. Her experience has shaped a deep understanding of acute and chronic care, with a patient-centered approach grounded in compassion and resilience.

Now part of the multidisciplinary team at Ratchwood Family Practice, Dr. Adams works alongside allied professionals including a speech therapist, social worker, audiologist, dentist, and counsellor. Her warm, approachable manner allows her to connect with patients on a personal level, fostering trust and long-term wellbeing.
